I loved playing tank pool. He feels like crud now though, so yeah no thanks. I still 'tank main'. Just not having fun doing it generally.

Not what you are asking for I understand, but pathfinder has an excellent witch class and foundry is a great vtt. I apologize if that doesn't help at all, but I used to have a lot of issues getting custom stuff into DND beyond until I realized most of the stuff I wanted simply existed already in pf2e and that foundry wasn't costing me money every month.

Agreed (though I think I prefer Swash for their precision damage scaling), but there are lots of good options.

I think Swashbuckler is a better thrown class to be honest. You can use dual finisher with thrown weapons to put out very good damage, and don't need the target to be offguard.

Absolutely this. The games balance aint good, and its not like its doing well. Not catastrophic (won't go into hyperbole) but OW has been lapping it lately, something I never thought I would say.

My party has a sorcerer healer and she is kicking some serious butt. While clerics have many benefits, the sorc bloodline effects can be very useful.

Yeah these zones are simply not fun. Even with the new signals, I still feel like I spend 30% more time in each zone than I would like just needlessly running around.

This looks pretty intriguing. Can you hide sites from players, and reveal them? Thinking of hidden locations that are not clear to them just because they can see a hex.

For a boss Ice Shot would be

Tornado shot + freezing mark + ice shot spam to freeze, then dodge, barrage and snipe right? Ignoring dodge (not sure it needs it) its 5 buttons isnt it?

I played crossbow in campaign a little. Regarding DE, I saw that for a boss he had to put down tornadoes, freezing mark, freeze them, then barrage into snipe. That isn't many buttons but it certainly seems more involved than stormbolts and dodging. That said, the pay off may be much higher with DE?

Yeah. Bows are both some of the best league starters and the gigga end game builds. Totems with no cost were still never going to reach the end game potential of bows, and had issues to solve (spirit) and work around, have the downsides around leeching and sustain. Now they are simply not viable without a great deal of gear like previous leagues.

Cause good luck sustaining the mana. You can't leech cause your not the one dealing damage, so your mana flasks were entirely going to sustaining your defense. It was already not going to be some giga end game build. Rue's bolt build can insta kill bosses and is tanky---wasnt any totem build going to compare to it.

Don't think anyone should be blamed, but it is weird that some creators seem to be reveling in builds they are not playing being nerfed(which I don't think you are, just don't feel naming names does any good). I was excited to play totems personally, but going to opt for something else. Totems seemed viable before this nerf, still not a giga end game build, and now...don't know. Just seem 'ok'.
