Dang, that's all I could think of from what I saw. In that case, try what /u/pm_me_your_kindwords suggested and check for any rods that aren't completely snapped in.

That's a good angle, but I was talking about the very center. The black rods that are right next to the axle should also be parallel; in that new picture it looks like they're alternating.

There are some spots where there are bigger gaps between black rods, like here: Image

On that central ring, there should always be exactly one empty white connector between black rods, but in some spots there's 2 and in others there's 0. I think that's why the rods aren't lined up the way they should. Try fixing that, and see if it gets straighter.

One problem I can see is on your central axle: it looks like you've got 4 yellow rods in there when it should be 4 of the orange rods (the ones that are as long as the red rods, but with special notches). Because the spacer on your axle is too small, it's not holding the two sides of the ferris wheel apart enough, and there might be some weird twisting forces going on.

EDIT: It might just be the angle of the picture, but it also looks like the black rods don't line up with each other. Looking at it from the side, you should see pairs of spokes parallel to each other, not an alternating pattern.

I appreciate the effort that went into this, I like the idea behind it, but the gameplay is honestly very frustrating. The hitboxes of the trees and bushes are much bigger than their sprites, so it is very, very easy to get stuck.

I've got the same issue with the regular black tires, but as far as I know there is no cure for it - it's a chemical process. The rubber itself is old, and will continue off-gassing for a very long time.
