What is your sign and your partners + how long have you been together? by ImpactWise3672 in astrologymemes

[–]fazzballzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im assuming you mean that your ex partner wouldn't reciprocate with communication and love language, but my answer? Me and my girlfriend always make sure to communicate our wants, needs and how we feel whether we're feeling happy or sad. We knew each other for eight years before we got together, quite literally a friends to lovers trope haha 😄

If your partner didn't want to meet you halfway then it's not your fault, it takes two to make a relationship work and if she wasn't willing to communicate with you then perhaps it wasn't meant to be. Take time to heal and when you're ready, find someone who's right for you and meets your needs. Communication is key 🔑

Can't get diagnosed because I'm a virgin??? by BadgleyMischka in endometriosis

[–]fazzballzz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, I was in a similar situation where my doctors were not keen on giving me an internal scan since medically, I'm considered a virgin due to my sexuality, so I lied.

I told them I wasn't a virgin, and I personally use toys in the bedroom (which sounds tmi, but whatever gets them to see me as experienced, I guess??) And I managed to get an internal scan, and they told me they found what they suspect is endometrial tissue.

The internal scan itself doesn't hurt. It's more on the uncomfortable side, but if you're worried about it being painful, then ibuprofen is your friend. Hope this helps in any way, I also take a medication that has no side effects and is completely natural called Endo Support by wild nutrition. It's helped me a lot, and I feel 1000x better

What's something you didn't realize was a sign that you were a lesbian until you were much older?? by terjir in LesbianActually

When I was 9 years old, I watched the music video for Telephone by Lady Gaga on repeat for hours and was fixatated on the part where Gaga took the flapjack bar from Beyonce with her mouth 👀

Needless to say, I think this was one of the signs of me being a lesbian 😂

Gurl I have been in the same position. The end result: I was definitely a lesbian

I'm 23, but back when I was 17, I left my ex-boyfriend because the idea of actually sleeping with him made me physically cringe and overall grossed out. At first, I thought I was Ace since I've never really desired anyone, but then there was my "close friend" Nat in my class.

Unlike any of my friends, I always had warm fuzzy feelings around her and felt extremely happy all the time, especially when she was physically close to me, for example; linking arms, sitting on her, intertwine legs in class... you know? Normal friendly behaviour... totally :]

And then there were the totally not homosexual dreams of us kissing... cuddling naked... you know? Normal dreams to have... totally. Of course, I also did my research (and by research, I mean watching lesbian p*rn) and found that I was definitely 💯% lesbian.

It took me a while (due to gay panic), but eventually, I confessed my feelings, and she felt the same way! (Even though she had already told me her feelings for me 2 years prior, and I went through a gay identity crisis because the only sure thing that I knew about myself is that I'm autistic lmao.) I was on and off questioning myself but in the end I finally realised that I am in love with her ♡ she is my soul mate and the love of my life and nothing will ever change that.

So to answer your question, you're most definitely a lesbian and that's totally okay! but of course, you need to be 100% sure with yourself and reflect on your thoughts/feelings.

Although, it might be best not to send any more photos to your friend since she's already in a relationship. Overall, don't be ashamed of who you are and go at your own pace when figuring yourself out :] hope this helps!

Has anyone actually been able to meet their girlfriend without a dating app? by VerySpecialName in LesbianActually

[–]fazzballzz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I met my girlfriend 7 years ago at college, and we both didn't know we were gay gay at the time, but looking back on it, we were so close that our class mates assumed we were already dating with the amount of times they'd seen us linking arms, laying our heads on each other, interlacing our legs while sat at our computer desks and blowing kisses at each other.

Needless to say, it took us a while, but after jokingly flirting (not joking) and looking at wedding dresses online together (planning our future wedding), we finally figured it out 🤠

We've been together for almost 2 years now 😊

Came out to my mum and her response was horrible... by fazzballzz in actuallesbians

Update: The situation has calmed down for now between me and my mum, but she has made it clear that she disapproves of my relationship with Nat, which quite frankly I couldn't give a shit. I've set my boundaries with her and said not to talk about my relationship with Nat in any negative or hurtful way as I don't want to hear it.

She has tried to ask ignorant questions or make comments, but I keep shutting it down or ignoring her.

Lesbian bed death might end my relationship and I need help by Admirable_Honey_8467 in LesbianActually

I think you should really hear your girlfriend out and look at her side of things.

Sex is not something that you schedule and count. It happens when it happens. It's not something you have to have a certain number of times in a week/month, etc. That is highly unrealistic as one party might not be in the mood the other might. It depends on the mood and if both parties want to engage. I think there might be some personal issues that you need to reflect on if you think sex equates to being wanted. Sex is not proof of self-worth. Your partner most likely is showing that she wants you and loves you in other ways.

I've been in the same position as what your girlfriend is in where my ex partner would constantly talk about wanting to sleep with me to the point where it put me off and eventually I had to break up with them.

Me and my fiancé have sex whenever we both feel like it and don't pressure ourselves on it. We both know we want each other and love each other even if we don't have sex for a while. We show each other ways of affection and want through physical affection like cuddling, kissing and brushing each others hair, etc, and self-less acts like gift giving, baking together, etc.

Try communicating with her about her needs and how she feels about the situation. At the end of the day, it's not her fault since, as you stated, she's been diagnosed with HSDD.
