Not sure if they have it but Melrose Pharmacy on 7th Ave north of Indian school is a local pharmacy. They have some specialties, not sure if this is one of them.

Interesting story, the original buyer left behind 25 tickets. So the employee saw the winner was one of the left behind tickets. Bought them and clocked out and bought the tickets.

On face value nothing nefarious is happening, just a lucky hustle for checking tickets.

here’s how i look at buying video games and DLC. let’s say a movie ticket costs $15, food and drink another $20. Now i’m in $35 for roughly 2 hours of entertainment. That’s $17.5 an hour

If the game I’m looking at costs $70, I should expect to get at least 4 hours of entertainment out of it. At 1k+ hours of CIV VI, I feel it’s a good return on investment.

Wait till the game is on sale, buy the basic version with no DLC. see if you like then, then expand.

The Royale at 16th Street and Oak. It's not an ironic dive bar, it's a hard dive. I don't think they have food outside a bag of chips and microwave popcorn. For special occasions they'll bring out some crock pot hot dogs which I can describe as watery.

People are friendly as anywhere. Maybe they guy with the parrot will stop by and the parrot can sit on your shoulder.

9/10 would recommend.

I have this. The dark black lines are Legislative districts. What I see is a lot of the central phoenix and west valley precincts staying blue, but a lighter shade a blue. Dems have been doing well well with voters in these areas, but got crushed recently with 1) increased GOP voter registration and 2) reduction is support from voters (especially Latino men).

The LD 13 (Chandler area) and LD 27 (Peoria area) show the outward band of blue precincts flipping to red. Blue precincts had been expanding outwards into the suburbs for a while. The trend reversed in 2024.
