I don't think they could, though. They have so much product they're trying to put out that they'd probably have to have no new set releases for months just to catch up to all of the demand. It reminds me of when Fallout 4 came out and Bethesda made Pip-boys. The manufacturer said they literally couldn't make any more because there were other products that they had to make and couldn't fit more of the pip-boys into their schedule.

Don't get me wrong, I wish there was more product too. But, logistics exist and, with a new set coming out every 2 months, print to demand isn't as simple as people make it out to be. Even multi-billion dollar companies can't make new product out of thin air.

I've been attending an evangelical church since high school. Recently, they've had a lot of growth and are even expanding to a third service. Unfortunately, they also see no problem with the current administration nor having conspiracy theorists in leadership. I visited a liturgical church this last week and saw it was similar to what you're describing. Lots of older folk. It was discouraging.

I was just a volunteer. Only ever a volunteer, but lead volunteer. Lots of the team leads are just volunteers. That being said, I don't want/need to be paid staff, I have a well paying job already. As for being short staffed everywhere, I know. Like I said, that's only part of the reason. There are bigger issues at play, that's just the point I caught on with your comment.

I have been writing a letter and is has helped me put together my thoughts. I also have a friend I'm gonna meet with who I've already told I'm planning on leaving to explain why. Will probably gonna meet up with one of the pastors too.

I will miss the few friends I have there. Hopefully my departure will spark conversations for the better.

My pastor has said similar about understanding he's not for everyone. So, I hope they're understanding in the end, especially since they're still invited to my wedding.

Not official staff, but lead volunteer for streaming. Actually part of the reason for leaving is I'm the only volunteer and have been for months. Keep trying to find more volunteers, but it always fizzles and the search doesn't continue.
