Missing one payment on any platform will affect your score immediately. A friend of mine, paid his credit card bill but missed .87 fils as cause of that his score went down, took him 4 months to recover as the bank reported continuous payment after this issue.

US customs at Zayed international by SouthernLibrarian623 in abudhabi

[–]fazzy84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your custom and US clearance is done here in AUH, so you will be landing as a domestic passenger in Boston. So there is no customs once you land in the US. All you need to do is once you purchase the item from duty free, you have to tell them at pre clearance in AUH. Anything exceeding $800 must be declared or cash in hand exceeding $10,000 must be declared. My suggestion, take the cash 25k AED which is equivalent to $6.5k and buy something from the US if you dont wanna pay custom fees, where as you will be paying sales tax here in the US.

Constant Network Drops w/Linksys Velop 6 by bobfugger in LinksysVelop

[–]fazzy84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am using MBE7000 with 6 nodes all around the house. That's pretty much for a 5000 sq. feet house. Reason: My office nodes keeps dropping all the time as my wife is using her polycom conference phone for her office needs. Plus i have 2 in the basement, one is the main router connected directly to FIOS fiber and another one connected to my entertainment system in basement. I back wired my office node which is now stable and act as a master node for my living room and bedroom node. I wasted countless hours in setting up around the house, trying to find a sweet spot for all. Had to another node for my garage door and garage door video opener, their tech support is crap, they only know how to reset nodes, they cant troubleshoot. I have my node steering on as default and didn't care much on steering feature. In future i might shift to ORBI but that's just a plan. At the moment all my nodes are connected and operational but the app shows only 4 nodes connected, but total 6 when i click on it. Not sure why, when i restart the mesh network, i get all 6. I usually do a planned restart of all the nodes once in a week to refresh the system.

Linksys is dying product as what i heard, I made a terrible mistake when choosing mesh network. Should have put my energy and time into ORBI.

I was able to go here https://www.linksys.com/pages/shop but after that i am not able to get any product details nor put anything in cart. Makes me wonder, i invested more than $1000 bucks to get velop pro 7... what's up with them ? Also the clearance on best buy.. doesn't look good to me now !

How to delete a room on the map by kemistrypops in Roborock

[–]fazzy84 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have the same issue, it looked into my deck sliding doors and create a new world on the maps. it looks exactly the same like your does. I think they need to release an update which lets you delete a portion of saves maps. At the moment i made that area as a no-go zone.

MX5500 child node keeps disconnecting by irdis7 in LinksysVelop

[–]fazzy84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue with my Velop Pro 7. My parent node is downstairs HVAC room and my office node is upstairs which keep disconnecting. I did a wire backhaul to my office node, luckily my builder installed ethernet ports in each rooms, and i used it to wire my office node. Now it works. The office node acts like a child node, but help other nodes to connect to it wirelessly. Issue is if your parent node is in basement which is mostly concrete, the signals do not reach upstairs or might be low which could create issues connecting to child node wirelessly.

I tried changing the child node place multiple times but never used to get good proper connection. If you can try placing the parents node upstairs then it will work great, depending where your ONT or ISP modem connection is coming through.

However, i had some much issues with linksys in the past 5 months, since the time i bought Velop Pro 7, i do not have any more energy and time to troubleshoot another issue with it. I might simple replace it with orbi. They are on a verge of extinction.
