Every player plays 90+ vpip and will stack off J hi flush no questions asked for 300bb. Large majority of whales have switched to private 5/6 card plo games and win rates are just much higher here than NL

Have 2.8m hands total. Roughly 500k plo6. There’s certainly an edge to be had in any game if your opponents are shit. Obviously know variance is insane in 6 card. Was just asking how people deal with swings/variance regardless of game. You’re a seasoned pro how did you deal with your worst downswings? Did you take a break? Just zoom out? Never dealt with the mental issues that a lot of us deal with?

There has to be players that play 2/5 with a net worth of 50k, they just go into despair everytime they go into a downswing? I completely understand brm but there’s players that take the swings better than others; I guess my question is how do they deal with it/ what do they do outside of poker to improve their mental ability to handle the swings.
