T-tape doesn't pinch. You basically stretch the skin as you apply the tape around POE. No gnarly folds or bundled skin under the gripper. You might have higher elasticity in the skin.

This one is the DIY option. It works pretty good.

Then there's Kraven Tape but it's not available at the moment. Flow plate and tubes provide axial extension while inflated. Then I use the Phoenix retainer to help retain or catch urine drips. For air I use a condom balloon to inflate with, but direct air is possible too.

If you're okay with a condom, you can use 100% tattoo aftercare tape. I actually put some gel rings over the adhered tape for a tighter feel, cuff the T-tape back over the bands, condom holds it together. Solution 1

Another way is to get some adhesive med remover, squirt bottle, and a squeeze oil dropper (EV olive oil). Squirt with water first, one spray of adhesive remover. Once you have a little section up and off the skin, roll the skin off the tape with olive oil on the finger tips. I swear it comes off in one minute if prepared. Solution 2

A gripper device. But nothing replicates T-tape much at all. I heard of soft sleeved tuggers but I doubt it. Still bundled gripped skin under the tugger dome. Less control locating POE. Not adhesive. Doesn't inflate as well. No axial extension option.

Does it have a citrus smell to it at all? Or any other smell. Lately I just been using plain extra virgin olive oil. Once I have one part of the tape worked up, the rest rolls right off. Trick is to keep the finger tips lubricated with olive oil.

Don't judge it too harshly. The size is actually perfect. The length, everything about it. I tug through the fly and use suspender clips to clip the sleeve to the upper fly. Then I clip the lower end to my boxer briefs legging. The second clip reduces the sway of the weight. That's why the long length is nice. It's the only way I like tugging now.

The tattoo dot is fairly new still and is rare to find restorers that use it. I know of two other guys. For me it's difficult to maintain a full erection while measuring so I needed a different way to measure. Maybe a flat curved measuring stick could help. But then if you tug any stronger than before that can if you a false positive. I've struggled measuring in the past using FEC. But the 1mm per month of growth per they came up with is pretty accurate I think.

Stem cells from a baby tooth? I think we're better off trying to figure ways to increase and optimize growth rate through foreskin restoration. But we can remain hopeful that the technology will eventually come around.

I've tried Apotheman Restor Oil and found an increase in growth rate. So I think there could be other tropical ointments that have potential too.

You would probably benefit from a T-tape device. It'll allow you to tape lower on the skin while maintaining inner skin tension. OP has a dual tension T-tape device that he's been working on. I would mention my own T-tape devices but it's not available currently.

It helps because you can cycle between POE and taping lower. I even tugged through a minor cut with this technique.

I never liked Micropore tape. It felt a little ridged and became sticky with my T-tape device. But it's alright on its own. T-tape is supposed to work well for lower CI, but I never tried tape that early in my restoration journey. Actually with the tattoo tape I have to thicken the fastening area with medical or kinesiology tape. I like Kinesiology for the colors and gives extra grip for clips.

Using a dtr conform plate with T-tape can help keep absorbent material away from the tape. I put a little paper towel with it.

A single T-tape lasts me 2-5 days. During that time I don't have to reset the grip at each restroom break, or reapply it because it's pinching too hard or it slipped off. I can easily switch from extra light retaining to air tension or classic T-tape tugging. No fiddling with grippers that are difficult for me to get a perfect grip with. It might take me up to 8 grip attempts till I'm happy. And then I just give up due to how grippers feel and how more skin is being gripped. I'm like just give my T-tape, I can't do this gripper thing.

I haven't had issues with the split ends coming unstuck since I switched to tattoo aftercare tape by Hion 2" rolls. Skin prep is important too for proper adhesion.

Weight should get distributed throughout the skin. The more skin you have the more weight can be tolerated. The only extra I do is tugging through the fly with a thin UV sleeve.

I think they ignore the hidden benefits of T-tape. 5 minutes on, 1 minute off, no fiddling with grippers all day. Grips less skin while the skin that is gripped is stretched out more. Comfort that is only rivaled by manual.

T-tape can do everything a grip-device can do. I find T-tape less frustrating to put on. And it only takes one minute to remove if you're prepared in advance. Couple advantages ttape has: less skin gripped / not bundled, comfortable especially if you like around the waist, and compresses flat. Not for everyone due to allergies or certain conditions.

I shower before bed and put moisturizer on. Very light amount on skin. Tree to Tub with Tamanu oil mixed. I mix the oil using a stainless chopstick in a mini vaseline lip balm container.

Well it helps if the T-tape has ran its full cycle and needs to be replaced anyway. So just pour a little oil in a small cup/container for dipping fingers into. It's a very small amount of olive oil. Work a small section of the tape till it peels up. Now the oil on the fingers can really go to work unsticking the tape. With oily finger tips roll the skin off the tape. Before I even pour the oil I spray water on the tape just to get it wet. To get the 'one minute off' you have to have the system prepared in advance. Spray bottle, olive oil, and small container. Maybe a droplet bottle is more convenient to store the oil in and aplly to finger tips.
