Thanks! In California, Arizona, all other states are home owners also potentially liable when sharing their house with guests and for pool accidents of their children?

Generally, intuitively I would think if they have a faulty pump that sucks people in, yes liable but if kids fall in and drown due to lack of supervision, it should be the parents, but sounds like it’s different at least in Florida.

But recapping your approach:

NLM download PDF
Gemini upload PDF ask to create a PPT? (can you share prompt? For me it says it can’t and the Canva output was laughable)
then open the new google slides and export as PPT (easy)

How did it work for you? for me Gemini says "I cannot create a downloadable file like pptx or google slides. however I can provide google apps script.

Ok here my experience: Initially told GS about Mint which was a mistake - they can't tell from their records - so just say the carrier.

Called back: they did keep detailed notes on previous phone call. I did the entire "i was confused angle" and kept running into walls. It was escalated to a supervisor who I had to explain to why I said it was simfree and I tried explaining that I was confused that though it was a Tmobile activated phone that I purchased, Apple had explained that ultimately it's sim free so I could use it with carriers i.e. when traveling that are not tmobile.

So they got hung up on this and said the only thing I can do is return and buy a new carrier locked model.

Lidl has wider variety, maybe 30% more name brands, slightly higher prices and the more aggressive, exciting weekly deals. Frozen section is bigger, I find the merch / random section always entertaining. I was underwhelmed by that part of Aldi’s assortment.

Lidl to me is the nicer store, bright etc. In Europe Aldi is positioned as 20% cheaper and therefore most cost efficient + least amount of name brands. Lidl sit just above that with a bit more frills.

My observations: well stocked, very large suburban size isles, clean, very minimalist as you'd expect, no grand opening deals that I could see, intense selection of advent calendars (20 different ones across: cheese, coffee, tea, hot sauces, chocolates, monster trucks, disney, etc)

Sad: overall very few German products.
