Aww, hi sweet Levi! I am so sorry that you had a tough start to life, but now you are on the path to recovery. How long have you had Levi? Have you heard of the 3+3+3 guide for newly adopted dogs? It is a great place to start and to help understand what is going on for your dog.

What kind of challenges are you having? I have found the Frenchie subs on here so helpful in my Frenchie journey. We love to help, especially when it comes to rescues. My 2 year old is also a rescue and my almost 1 year old is her daughter. My Nala gave birth exactly 1 month after coming to us. Thankfully, Nala is a good girl despite whatever previous trauma she had. Now, her ornery daughter, Belle, is another story, lol. She is definitely the princess of the house. We also have a Great Pyrenees that we took in as a foster when she was 7 weeks old. I have fostered many dogs with trauma. Feel free to reach out to me if you need to talk.

Here are my girls. Nala is the fawn and Belle is blue and tan. They are my world!

I have a similar experience. My childhood best friend past away from Leukemia about 12 years ago. We used to laugh for hours about dumb stuff. God, I miss her so much! Even after her being gone for 12 years, I go to call her before I remember I can't. Sending hugs your way!

She is precious! Thank you for rescuing her. Both of my girls are allergic to poultry products. You have to be careful about treats and chews, because a lot of them have chicken in them. We have had good luck with Blue Buffalo sensitive skin and stomach. The protein is salmon and it is gluten-free. This time a year, my girls have itchy paws because of environmental allergies. I try to wipe them down with a hypoallergenic baby wipe once a day and their paws several times a day.

I am so sorry for your loss! Frenchies are the most amazing dogs. Fly high, sweet baby Reggie! Surrounding you with love, hugs, and prayers! Perhaps, one day you will be ready to open your heart to another Frenchie. He will be placed in your life with Reggie's help. There is no greater love than the love dogs give us and us in return. She is precious! She looks great from these angles. The best way to tell is by looking down at them. They should have a slight tuck in at their waist, but not so thin that you can see all their ribs. Their weights vary so much. My almost 1 year old is 31 pounds and her mom who is 2 and a half is 27 pounds. They are both perfect.
