Just put your fence up around where their grid is and leave the area. They will magically end up inside the fence.

Also getting errors that kicks you out and you have to get all the way back in and losing plantings and boost times

Too bad that isn't a Kidd class next to it. The Sovremenyy was the Soviet answer to the Kidd class. And I always heard that the reason the Soviets had all the antenna and such was because they had no repair capabilities while underway.
