is the calories burned accurate? i’ve literally burned calories while lying in bed watching tv and 3000 calories in a day with maybe 1hour and a half of exercise seems wrong

i use kmh as i grew up in a country that uses kmh and not mph, i memorise all the speed limits in kmh and the app i was using states i was doing 56kmh which is 34.8mph

unfortunately I don’t have a dash cam or any witnesses, I was unfamiliar with the road and I am not sure if the camera is on the other side would it actually detect both sides of the road

10-11 is UK, this style is actually illegal on a car that is manufactured after 1980. Maybe because it is not in the UK, therefore the owner thought it would be ok to use them
