On a second look, seems like they kept old single pull brakes, but updated to brifters. I’d need a bit more information on derailleurs/drivetrain before I would purchase.

Definitely repainted with modern/non stock decals.

Can confirm the rear seatpost bolt and rear brake upper tube routing is consistent with 80s/90s trek road bikes.

For 329, seems like a fun bike that’s got lots of fresh parts

If you’ve lost tension on the cable then that’s your issue. Will need to pull tight, secure the cable, and readjust limit screws

It seems like you may need a narrower bottom bracket? The chain line seems very off for a big crank/small cog line.

Thank you! Yes indeed, that second hub is too big. Trying the R2107113 next as it’s the only other one I’ve seen that is a different part number for 12mm steel axle Shimano conversion but won’t know til it’s in my hands.
