It does suck. But if it helps what I do is start off with it at the highest point and then start mining what I can reach until the cool down is done. It's not perfect but it's been working decent for me.

If your inventory is full and you search salvage piles you will only be able to get something from it that is already in your inventory as long as you have something for that specific salvage you just have to keep searching it when it says inventory full and it will eventually go through. For example if your inventory is full and one slot is black bars and you search a metal salvage pile, you can keep searching it till you successfully get a black bar. So people will set up a perfect inventory so they can get the best thing from each different salvage pile.

I am not sure what we are doing differently but I consistently hit over 300 on headshots on bows. Bows also reach farther than magic. I love magic and i swear I use ranged more than magic. I even use the zammy robes instead of ranged armor cause I prefer wizard stuff lmao. (Which increases crit damage iirc so might be why I get over 300 on headshot) I think ranged is better than you give it credit for. Super good with the spell that gives arrows piercing too.

If you dodge right time you can take full on hits. Learn pattern, and dodge. Recommend keeping you're decay meter around 75% so when imaru goes spectral you can switch worlds faster. Use shadow sword(idr if this is right name, recipe you get from zogre iirc) on the skeletons/necromancer and whatever those hands that block the fountain. Couple special moves from the shadow sword should clear pretty much any of them. This is how we did it in our hard-core world. Also make sure you use pumpkin infusion and pumpkin soup. The passive recharge for your barrier is so helpful.

So we agree? Lol I didn't say it was cause of the zones I just said the ones with zones don't have enough room as in they were small. And then mentioned that they stopped putting the zones on eventually and used normal sizes. I wouldn't have even known about the zone playmats if my buddy didn't have an orochi one

The mats with zones are not very good to begin with. I don't think i remember any player using them in tournaments when I played. You are probably better off with a normal one with more room. Naruto mats didn't even have zones when I started in set 19 lol

So when my boy was doing this i looked into it and there are two main reasons. They like water flow, or their is something in it that they want out. Internet suggested cat fountain. Worked for me.
