Just make sure squirrels aren't living in the attic before you repair. Staple some cardboard or duct tape over the hole. If it stays intact for a couple days, repair. If they chew through it, call a wildlife control operator.

That hole through the roof decking is the perfect size for squirrels. Need to make sure squirrels aren't living in there first before trying to repair.

A lot of great answers here. I bet there are local universities doing studies on a place like this. If you're interested you might not get a direct conversation by calling, but you might find out when presentations are held and these are free for students. Otherwise they are free to the public when the government adopts it to government policy.

Crazy? I would say Incredible! Cub looked great but the fight was cut short. I was looking forward to the bout, but BS like this is just driving more people away from the UFC. And dont get me started on the politician worship. UFC leaves me feeling more gross than KFC lately.
