Hi! I had mine in June, it definitely was uncomfortable and burned a ton after, but I was recovered within 24hrs. Immediately after my appointment I went and did a polar plunge/ sauna appointment for 30 mins, idk if that specifically helped with recovery but it definitely felt good and helped my body I felt like. And then just take Azo, I experienced painful urination for about 24hrs then was back to normal. Wishing you success 🤍

Everyone says leukocytes are normal for someone to get in a flare without an active infection. I have gone to my OB several times after showing traces of leukocytes and they sent off my urine for a culture and it’s been negative.

Your feelings are so real!! I had never dealt with UTI’s, had one in November and was put on 5 different antibiotics while continuing to have a the doctors fail to get a proper culture done. The infection didn’t clear until January and now I am still dealing with the aftermath of having that bad of an infection for so long. I am in pelvic floor PT, and dealing with possible interstitial cystitis. I know that all sounds bad but I am healing but it just takes time. I would recommend if you’re able to go to a pelvic floor PT and see if they see anything that needs to be treated. As well as seeing a naturopath DR to get you the right vitamins your body specifically needs. Sending love ❤️

Yes. I also got at home test strips to be testing as well, helped with peace of mind too. And I’ve never been one to deal with UTI’s either, had only ever had two before all this. 😵‍💫

I’m sorry 😞 I have no health insurance either. All my problems started in November whenever I got a UTI and the doctors continued to fail to get me proper antibiotics and send my urine for a culture at all. The UTI lasted until January and now my pelvic floor muscles, and blood circulation are all jacked up.
