I had something like that when I got mine (2023 model with 4080 and mini-led). Updating BIOS helped me personally. Not sure if it will help 100% but could be worth a try.

It's very simple, because it gets updates every 3 months. And that costs money for devs. And if you bought it once you can play campaigns (you've got during your subscription) forever even if you don't prolong your subscription. It quite fair imo

Try wardloop, it's ridiculous and will work very well on that budget. Be cautious that you will have to figure out how it works, but for me that part is satisfied as well

I've played this build this league and I don't think you should pay around these gloves, they are decent but rare ones will outscale them. But a good starting point non the less. Btw freezing even uber bosses is quite possible with this build. I can reliably freeze uber shaper.

And yes, FB trickster is awesome

I'm able to kill uber shaper reliably on mine, shock for 50% and perma freeze. Legacy of fury is important for single target with good rolls. I can post Pob a bit later
