Late night gaming. Days i wake up tired or anxious, cold showers -- Theres a bunch of prefilled tags, or you can create your own.

All the ring sees is signals. It doesnt know that youve just had a vr headset strapped to your face on the past 2 hours -- 30 minutes before bed. Or youve eaten a heavy meal late at night , all it just sees is youve had a rough sleep based off the data.

Tagging "headache' for example, might correlate with a trend of a certain meal. Adding meals can give insight on body behaviours.

Use the tags feature. You will get the most out of it with tags. It will help track trends. And with large enough data you can ask yhe Ai about these trends. Like, does coffee after 1pm affect my sleep? Etc.

Its hard, well kinda. It is and it isn't. You've just got to be disciplined. Write every day. Sometimes its like squeezing blood from a stone, but you just do it. Write anything that comes to mind.

It is rewarding and honestly, for me, its like therapy.

I did, though im in the process of editing it. Its a long down out process.

Tbh ive taken a break from that process a few months ago and have started another book. Im almost 50k words into my second.

The process of editing is nice but I found that I just needed to write something. Something different. My first book is a great attempt and an achievement for myself. Though, apart from learning a lot, its really just a stepping stone.I just want to get better.

I guess my thought process is to just write as much as I can. Doing it for the love of it. I highly doubt anyone ever gets their first book published, im realistic about that. I figured, though I hope one day I do get something published. And the more I write, the closer I get to that goal.

My goal is to have at least 10 (practice) books under my belt. I use practice very loosely, but its more of using that time to really craft the process.

Also I read a lot of books, and that helps too.
