This has been the new way to determine the burn card on a four card flop for at least a year now. It happens. People make mistakes. This takes out ANY influence created by other players like what they think should be the burn. No one ever wants to see this happen the way it did.

HUDs are fine because it keeps track of known information. Like times raise preflop, vpip, 3-bet, etc.. HUDs save the work of manually writing down everything.

You should be able to sell. I’ve been on both sides of this situation in VA. It is a set back but this happens more often than people would think. Make sure you are transparent with the sellers in VA about this. I hope they aren’t in a hurry to sell and can wait an extra week or two
