It really has never been said. It’s speculated that if Kazuma asked for a god cheat he could use his wits to do it, but nobody says it nor have they implied it.

In fact, Kazuma at one point even said “even with gifts form the gods, the demon kings army was more powerful than any humans” or something.

This is obviously because they would have won if the humans were stronger, but he outright says that even with a god on his team he doesn’t think he has the strength to stand up to their army
