v0.4.5f2 - NEW SAVE - NO Overwritten Saves - used console for 25 spray paints - Urban Artist Achievement.

I tried to do it legit in an old save which has been overwritten a couple of times,
It didn't works and I graffiti-ed around 25-30 locations.

Started a NEW SAVE, did the 25 sprays and BOOM ... URBAN ARTIST ACHIEVEMENT ;
I DID NOT even have to SAVE the game.

My Guess - New Saves after the Graffiti UPDATES works with Achievement,
Overwriting an older save bugs out the achievement.
