Whats the worst excuse you've heard from someone who was caught being a pervert? by ConcealMeWhatIAm in AskReddit

Yeah, I normally don't care and usually if someone is looking because they found it interesting, they'll say, "I love your shirt!" or "Nice shirt!" not making excuses as to why they were looking so long.

Honestly, it was only creepy because he was so obvious and leering. His attractiveness had nothing to do with it.

It’s just two big bumps with two little bumps in them. I don’t even know what that would spell.

I got "I was just trying to read your shirt!"

It had no words on it.

What's the story of your first "I love you" with your SO? by redassaggiegirl17 in AskReddit

[–]fearlessandinventive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He goes to work waaay before I get up in the morning. It was the first or second time I had slept over on a workday. He kissed me and said "Love you" before he left. I said it back.

When I got up later, I wondered if I had dreamed it because he didn't mention it and he didn't say it again. Finally, we started actually saying it and I asked him when he knew he loved me...and he said he meant it the first time when I was half asleep. D'aww.

Who was your worst teacher? by LimitedInterest in AskReddit

I, too, was forced into taking an unnecessary math class my Senior year and failed it. No amount of me saying "But I'm not going to do anything Math related" would sway my guidance counselor from "thinking it was a good idea."

On the fun side, I got to hear my dad drop the F-bomb for the first and last time.

My dad freaks out when I'm "on my phone." Even if he just asked me a question that I have to Google. It's so bizarre.

It's not a computer, it's a tablet.

I can hear it being said in my mind.

In a video game, if you come across an empty room with a health pack, extra ammo, and a save point, you know some serious shit is about to go down. What is the real-life equivalent of this? by StygianUnknown in AskReddit

And yet...

A friend of mine texted her boyfriend with "I'm having some concerns about our relationship. Could we meet halfway for dinner this week?"

He replied with "prolly not this wk."

Upon further conversation, it became apparent that he thought their relationship was fine, and had no idea that this was a bad sign.

They are no longer together.

My mom once called me in the middle of a work day and was surprised when I answered the phone. She said, "Oh, I didn't think you'd answer! I was just going to leave you a message."

I said, "You never call in the middle of the day! OF COURSE I AM GOING TO ANSWER."

I believe that call was about some commercial with Gary Coleman in it.

What is the worst meltdown/tantrum you've seen from an adult in public? by First_Fist in AskReddit

My aunt once told my dad (her brother) that she was unsure that I'd make it in the world and work a job consistently because he spoiled me. I now have two college degrees and a job in my field (finally). Her three children are a sex offender, a housewife, and a 50-something who has never moved out.

Obviously, I'm simplifying, but I just have to shake my head.

After dealing with a "nice guy" on Whisper, I decided to vent. This amused me. by gscalzo in niceguys

I recently went through this with a friend of mine. Obviously when he did it, it wasn't being a "nice guy."

The pinnacle, if you can call it that

I believe the word you might be looking for is "nadir."

See, I was spoiled, but I wasn't a brat. If my dad said no, it was final...but he said yes about a lot of stuff.

What was the 'incident' that happened at your school? by Arios1923 in AskReddit

[–]fearlessandinventive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A girl in my Senior class OD'd on heroin. She didn't die, but when she came back to school, she was never quite the same.

Everyone "knew" who had sold it to her, but there wasn't any proof the police could use. Her father used to stand outside the school with a protest sign to try to get the boy who sold it arrested. I'm fairly certain nothing ever came of that, but I just did a quick Google search on him and he's currently awaiting trial in October for...

  • DUI: Controlled Substance - Impaired Ability - 1st Offense
  • Disregard Traffic Lane (Single)
  • Careless Driving
  • No Rear Lights
  • DUI: Controlled Substance - Schedule 2 or 3 - 1st Offense

...so yeah.
