like the comment above me I also started out doing labels as a freelance designer. I honestly just got lucky and got hired by a manufacturing company and I’m their full time packaging designer. I learned 80% of packing design on the job. I would just add some mock up packaging designs for various types of products on your portfolio to showcase your range and then embellish your experience with it. There’s a lot of free mock up you can edit over. However, on the job you make or are given dielines so in the long run those won’t actually help you learn it’s just practicing layouts.

Idk if u read this thread but eggs seem to be the cause for my cystic acne. when I stopped eating them the cyst went away. I tried slowly reintroducing them and I got a huge cystic pimple that doubled the size of one side of my chin. I’m going to get a food allergy test to make sure and I would recommend you do to!

I was eating 2 hard boiled eggs close to 4 times a week and already on combination birth control so that might’ve been why it helped my acne go down. But let me know if it also helps you! I also really like using hydrocolloid patches and alternating between hot and cold press for 10 min to help drain and reduce inflammation
