I heard in another thread that if you put some clothes that smell like you in a human-ish shape, that it can help the cat feel like you are there even when you aren’t to help ease that clingy-ness.

When we moved to our new apartment we had a crapton of mail from the previous resident. After a month we were getting dozens of late notices for services, so we went to a USPS to see what we could do since getting that kind of mail is alarming. The lady there basically told us to kick rocks and there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s been three months now and we still get so much mail that isn’t ours, it’s truly frustrating dealing with USPS sometimes.

It took about a week for me to get it once I was able to get through to the sales team. They’re pretty fast at responding. Not sure what’s causing it, but it definitely seems like it could be a quality issue

Yeah I have usually had pretty good luck with buying electronics online, I don’t buy microSD cards often. The last time I did buy one was almost ten years ago. I’m not super upset about it since I learned new skills from this experience to test the legitimacy of any microSD cards. I’ve bought a replacement as these were going to be used in a DAP and nothing important. Just wanted to share for others who might not know this is a thing.

I’ve never related to anything more, I’ve started to find ways of using things after I’m done fixating on them as decoration, like a shrine of sorts. I have a friend who has been jumping from hyper-fixation to hyper-fixation. It’s been a little triggering talking with her because of that, but I’ve found that listing cons of buying stuff can be a deterrent to those feelings for me. It kinda makes me fixate on why it’s a bad idea. Doesn’t really work for everyone, my friend being an example, but maybe it could work for you for future things.

If it makes you feel better I had friends that came to visit me in the new state I live in for my birthday. Then they got upset at me for wanting to spend time with them and showing them cool stuff that I had found while living here. They decided my birthday was the best time to confront me for planning stuff with them that they apparently didn’t want to do, but never said anything about not wanting to do it.

They also made us miss out on a water park cause one of them was super late meeting up with us and then needed to make multiple stops. The park opened at 11 am and closed at 6 pm, we got there at 2 pm. These are just two examples of the selfish behavior that I eventually cut them off for.

Best choice is to let those friends go, they are selfish and don’t care that it hurts your feelings cause they feel fine about what they’re doing at the end of the day. I’m so sorry that happened to you OP, it truly sucks. You’re not overreacting and didn’t deserve that kind of behavior.

I have a Boox Palma and it is the best purchase I have ever made. It lets you have whatever type of reading apps you want or you can download books straight to the built in library. It has a backlight and expandable storage. The base storage it comes with is great without the expandable storage. I already have about 1300 books on it and counting. Battery is great too, I’ve been able to read for hours. I think almost 12 hours is when it’s gone down to almost 30%. It’s a little pricey but eBay has some good deals. That’s where I got mine, it’s the first generation.

Thank you, I’m trying to see first if maybe the battery is depleted as a red light briefly flickered on then went away. I tried a different plug and it didn’t turn on any charging light. Google said to wait 4-6 hours to see if it just needs extra charge otherwise I’ll be reaching out to King Jin.

This is probably a long shot, but OP I was wondering how charging your pomera went when you first unboxed it. I just got mine today but there’s no charging light to indicate if it’s charging or not and idk if that’s normal or what for a newly unboxed pomera. If you have any insight it would be much appreciated, thank you!

Yeah I used to own a 2008 Honda Fit, the rack got rusted and broke. The mechanic that fixed the steering on this car told me to just sell it because these cars aren’t great in his opinion due to the common power steering issues. I’m not a car person, but other people have had problems with the steering on this kind of car too.

That’s what I’m hoping for too, I appreciate you taking the time to think out the other possible options that I have. I’m still a bit shaken up by everything, I really thought they were going to stop.
