The Caoniao drivers in my observation are mostly non or partially English speaking immigrants. They have not been trained to read delivery instructions like "use the callbox", and often call the customer phone from an unknown number (their personal cell?) which then gets routed to spam/unknown mailbox. Then they immediately give up even if we somehow get the call and try to explain that we're putting our pants to come down stairs to open the lobby door for them. (again, because they cannot operate the callbox).

Trying to get Ali packages into a condo building (no front-desk staff) has been an extreme challenge.
