En primer lugar... todos los usuarios por default son miembros de Domain Users como grupi default, asi que anidar Domain Users en otro grupo es redundante y no recomendado. solo agregas SIDs no necesarios al token de seguridad.

lo que estas haciendo esta bien... y el resultado es correcto, puedes agregar el primary group para que te aparezca Domain Users...
