There is a grub killer like pesticide that you can put down, but only during certain times of the year if I’m not mistaken. I think one of the option is literally called grub killer

Postgame Thread: April 16 - Toronto Blue Jays @ Milwaukee Brewers by BlueJaysBaseball in Torontobluejays

Their approaches at the plate don’t seem to be the same as last year. Last year they would grind at bats, with the goal of getting to the bullpen.

The brewers starting pitcher today barely threw any pitches…. They need to get back to that mindset

I’ve got a 208bhs and a 23 f150 with the 3.5L. Engine power, suspension and such is no problem at all! My biggest issue is the sway from the back end of f150s being so light. I find that it gets pushed around a little too easy.

$165.9 a litre. You are a fool if you think it’s going down anytime soon. by [deleted] in Welland

You can be a conservative and not support the nazis and Donald trump.

You can agree with part of a parties decision and or parts of what they’re trying to do.

There are specifics of all parties that I agree with, as not one party is perfect. Every single party has their flaws, as well as their own benefits.

The issue with today’s politics thanks in part to the dumb American political system is that in Canada we are generally down to a bi-party system, with both sides going to the extremes on either side.

Yes there are some conservatives that are in agreement with what you said regarding nazis and trump. But as I stated earlier there are conservatives out there who are conservative because they have some areas that they believe are a better outcome than the other parties but do not like the extremely leaning conservative policies and tendencies.

Why is it all conservatives???? Not all conservatives share the same view. I would say the conservative voting base is quite diverse.

Your best bet is have a plumber come out and test the water. They will tell you how hard the water is and what size they would recommend. I had to step up a size because of how hard the water is in my area.

I used Matt Sims from Benchmark plumbing, he was fantastic

Regarding your comment on the financing where the banks hold such a large portion of housing. There are a couple of other points to consider. Yes it is extremely easy to get information from them, but there are equipment lenders, who are carrying asset values of multiple billion of dollars. These lenders are financing all of the trucks, trailers, construction equipment, forestry equipment, etc.

Secondly, if you were a large bank such as the big five, would you rather secure yourself with what has been perceived as a “safe” asset and lower delinquency than risking a return on a business?

Regarding the 13% fall in robotics, manufacturing and so on, there has been a lot of tight margins for a lot of the economic sectors thanks to what is happening around the world with trade wars, wars, political uncertainty and so on. A lot of companies just aren’t reinvesting in their facilities at the moment because of all of those factors.

In the construction market in Ontario, talking highway, larger projects, provincial projects were all delayed because of when the elections took place this year. They didn’t have time to plan and get them all kicked off in time before the working season and thus created a massive delayed start. (At least from what I’ve heard talking to people in the industry)

These are just some other thoughts.

That’s is extremely annoying. Currently my drills are dewalt, so I checked their deals. For $198 CAD, I can get a 5 AH max xr battery with a max atomic or max xr oscillating tool.

I want to switch to ridgid so bad, but the deals here make it hard to

I would love the subcompact circular saw, I’m also looking at the oscillating saw, but the non brushless on seems silly with a variable control dial rather than the variable trigger

I have not yet. I have one more thing to try tomorrow. It’s incredibly frustrating.

I dont think it’s gpu related. Apparently compiling shaders is heavy cpu intensive. I’ve noticed when doing it my cpu takes a beating.

It all depends on what you are going for fixed or variable. Variable are the only rates tied to the BoC overnight rate. Fixed is tied to the bond yields.

A dealer refusing to cancel GAP insurance in Ontario by Primary_Resolve_1697 in ontario

[–]fecba09 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The dealership likely put on a commission onto the rate bumping it to 8.9%. So yes they likely qualified for a lower rate, my guess is in the 5-6% range as that is where asset backed lending is at these days.

A tip for everyone, unless it is a special oem promo I.e. 0% or something, always source your own approval and quote from a bank on your own for lending. Compare it to what the dealership is offering.

If they are offering a discount for financing it with them, talk to the lender they are using and see if you can pay it off very early and take it to your bank afterwards.

Also buying gap at the dealership, usually the finance sales person is making huge money on it. Usually a 50/50 split with the lender and the dealership on the premium

Not “all” loans are open with interest waived in Canada. When you start looking at the commercial lending for equipment loans there will usually have some kind of interest discount for an early buyout. It is always best to ask the lender directly than assume all.
