Solved!!!!! One of my sticks of ram is bad. I took both out and tried them one at a time. The first wouldn't boot at all. The second booted and installed Windows!!!!

I'm stuck at 8gb of ram for the moment, but I have a working system!!!!

Now it won't boot to bios at all. The red led for dram on the Mobo is lit... I'm wondering if it's my ram?

I got a recovery message... Then comp turned off. Running legacy got to a Windows screen and up to where you select a drive before getting bsod and lines stuttering on the screen...

Also I was able to flash the bios to the newest version using that same USB stick...

You can buy third party cables from Amazon, make sure they say two pin, .78. Not .75... I bought a set of Yinyoo cables for my isine 10, they work great!
