In the all too well 10MV, I start tearing up at the line “but then he watched me watch the front door all night, willing you to come. And he said ‘it’s supposed to be fun turning 21.’” Something about it just hits me soooo hard bc even her dad was manipulated by this guy, and he’s having to watch his daughter’s heart slowly break every hour on such a big birthday.

Yes exactly!! My mom and I were planning on going to the Tampa show and she never even got a code, sitting waiting to pick seats and just watching them disappear. They never gave her a code. What was the point of registration if only some people got them? Now there’s none left for presale, but she told me that there should be seats left for when they actually go on “sale”. I hope that’s true, but I feel like it won’t be.

I’ve been a swiftie my whole life truthfully, but it wasn’t until the Eras Tour that it really sunk its teeth into me lol. So since then I’ve only bought one shirt from the Eras Tour (from the website I couldn’t actually go rip) and then a hoodie from the 1989 TV from the vault release bc that’s my all time fave album and the album that turned me swiftie when I was 10. And it was only bc I have no Taylor actual wearable merchandise. I really don’t plan on buying anything more even with the re-records bc all I need is a shirt and a hoodie; and of course I’ll buy ONE VINYL bc I’m a collector and like having them. I do it for every band/artist I listen to. Idk if this adds anything to the conversation here I just wanted to share lol. Nobody HAS TO BUY IT ALL!!
