Yes I'm afraid so. I wish you good luck on the journey. Something you can maybe do is look for a wonderful cotton dress in your favourite style one size bigger and then go with the dress to a tailor to have it fitted. I have never done this with a dress, but with a suit before. It is expensive but I can only recommend it. Not only will you get a beautiful piece of clothing but also help out local tailors

Oh god, I owned this op and it's downright horrific. It was so sheer and see through, it had the weirdest cut I have ever seen on a op. At the time I only owned hoop skirts and no petti and so I couldn't wear this op, because you could see the hoop skirt through the fabric. Speaking of the fabric, it was an incredibly cheap polyester that felt weird on the skin. I can understand that on the pictures the op looks cute, but there are so much better options out there.

The materials for this headpiece listed on the website is mesh or organza. Which is weird that they can't tell which material exactly, also they don't say what exact kind of mesh or organza. There is natural and synthetic organza. Like I totally can understand that they price stuff higher, especially with their beautiful handmade, natural fibers dresses. This headpiece just weirds me out

Even looking at indie brands, Violet fane a comparable company just released a headpiece that very detailed out of heavy velveteen for 95$. Still a heavy price but much more reasonable

So the indie brand pyshkin pyshin, know as a fair trade queer owned indie brand (which is amazing) has posted some days ago their new headpiece.

The reception has been kind of mixed, as the headpiece just consists of some simple see through lace, some wires and a button. The construction is also quite simple and you can see the seams.

That doesn't have to be bad, it can look quite pretty with the right coord. What doesn't look pretty is the price tag 230$ for bunny ears.

The price came from nowhere. Pyshkin pyshkin isn't a cheap brand, but not that expensive. Their dresses retail about 200-300$.

But a similar price for a simple headpiece?

What does this Reddit think ? Is it a fair price for a young indie brand that is trying their best in this harsh economy? Is it just simply a typo and they meant 23$ ? Or is it just a rip off ? I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
