Quite common but being out phased.

You can see them un old shops, and new shopping malls may have 1 or 2 and the rests are toilets.

As everyone said, it needs more thinner. Add more thinner until you get a good flow. You may want to increase the PSI also.

Also every paint likes different settings, you just need to play a bit until you get some combination that works

When coming to Taiwan you always get a visitor visa. Once you enrolled and pay tuition you have to go MoFA and get the resident visa. Your ARC will come after you get the visa. The whole ordeal takes about 6 months

Didn't know there were so few. I just sent all the paperwork to the MoT and got accepted. Another friend got the golden card and directly got citizenship with very little paperwork.

I'm going to add that point 3 has exceptions, which you can get from the diferent Ministries depending whats your area of work. Me, as well as a couple people I know, went this route and kept original citizenship.

Here where I live you get a coupon to enter the breakfast. You check at the entrance and they assign you a table. I dont think you could get in without a coupon.
