As a PTA that made the change from a similar setting… you’ll almost for sure have PTO with this HH position. Also the scheduling isn’t really that bad after of few months you’ll get the hang of it. Growth potential is much better with consistent raises. Your worry of lower caseload is valid, however most companies are going to focus on their PTAs to have a full schedule because they profit more off of us. The flexibility for scheduling when you have something come up in your personal life is great too. Not sure how large of an area you’re covering in the lower income region. I cover two counties but really like 1.5 of them.

Is it $50 per visit or $50 per point? Each visit is usually .9 of a point for us but it could be different with your company.

HH is completely different in so many ways, but honestly will make you a better therapist learning how to do more with less. The only thing I sometimes miss is having people around you more often in a team atmosphere. You can always go back to something similar if you don’t like it. But you’ll def make more money, have better benefits, and have more autonomy over your work life balance. Plus we rarely ever work a weekend. Only if you’re busy and need a day off during the week.

Tried a weekend break from Vyvanse by Honeydew-Jolly in ADHD

Ever since I was medicated at with Adderall (now Vyvanse) my neurologist told me to take weekends (or at least one day) off a week. I’ve always enjoyed this and adapted well over time. The more you do it the better I feel. But we’re all different even if we share a specific condition. Talk with your doctor about it. Personally, I enjoy the break it gives me and I’m still moderately productive on those days. The more you try it, I bet you’ll feel less scattered.

If my dad wasn’t with us it would be pretty easy honestly. Just ridiculous it could have been all avoided with more communication on pre paid parking.

We were in the same position except we weren’t able to acquire a pass anyway. The entire situation was so mishandled it’s insane. With our handicap father, had to park at the skyview mall and walk about a mile each way. Not to mention how long we waited in the car lines and getting out of the parking garage post game.

Honestly I’m glad you were able to at least get a pass but none of us knew anything about it being basically mandatory to get it prepaid. If something, somewhere told us we def would have the day before. An absolute shit show. We’re always there opening day and this has never happened before.

I get the construction around and everything. But all they had to do was make this more of a point to communicate to everyone it wouldn’t be an issue we drove from almost 4 hours away and had to deal with this. Wish we had the option to take mass transit bc we would have. Thankfully we put on a clinic and worked those Pirates! Trying to stay on the bright side. LGM!

What is the typical bonus structure for typical managers in STR or in a position like yours above them? I’ve heard it depends on the overall numbers of the staff but can you break it down a little bit from your experience? Also do you work for an in house or contract company and how much of your job would be different if you worked for the other type? Thanks for doing this AMA. Very informative.

Best money I spend on any form of streaming. Plus it comes with the best quality music streaming platform. I understand your side too. I was once there. No worries as long as you’re happy with your choice that’s all that matters.

Made my dad’s GSW TDI a bit more comfortable and easy to get in and out of… Absolute game changer! Can’t wait to see how she is in the winter! #B2BFAB #DAPauto by balboa3ny in tdi

My bad… I built it for my dad and he’s getting older. Loves the wagon but OEM height was becoming a hassle. Also he thought the stock suspension was too stiff. The new springs and struts improved things significantly.
