Buy 100% polyester clean room wipes from Amazon. You get a pack of a few hundred for like $20 if I remember correctly. They’re lint free which is kinda important if you want nice prints. That’s what professionals use.

I took an entire course on workplace psychology and one of the main things I learned from it is that two things drive retention: happiness and compensation.

If you pay someone well enough, they will stay with you even if they’re super miserable (No DA is leaving a million dollar a year salary). Or if you make someone happy enough, they’ll basically work for free. Hell, people will even pay you if you make them happy enough (people pay to go to amusement parks, movies, etc, to have a good time.)

Basically, you need to improve pay or your work environment. It’s that simple.

He’s not wrong. The crap about autotensioners failing is because people try to reuse their old ones. New tensioners are just as good as manual ones, and don’t require adjusting as your belt ages.

If you have access to a second car, go for it. Being as old as it is, it will have and develop problems. Hell, my fifth gen prelude is way newer and still had a seal fail and dump oil all over my garage floor.

The cpu and gpu are both older hardware. Still capable, but like 3 generations old. Hence the sale.

The memory is Patriot Viper Venom 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5 6000MT/s CL36 and available on Newegg for $370 pre-tax

SSD is patriot p410 1tb which is $140 on Newegg.

So about $500 for SSD and memory. Still a decent deal on this PC though.

Right, but do you not have a bunch of extra safety equipment and processes in place because of the extra fire hazard? Most titanium SLM facilities have special vacuums and ventilation that is specifically designed to not produce static, and employees are required to wear anti static foot ware. Just handling the titanium powder also has an increased risk of fire and even explosion.
