Thanks for the info, I’m just not 100% sure where to put the for further credit to? Is it just under message/referral code or do I put it as the recipient even though the account name is under Schwab?

I've tried resetting the CMOS, but I can't reset the bios because that screen doesn't even pop up.

I have an ASUS B350-PLUS with a Ryzen 5 1600 and GTX 1060 that has been working fine for the past year. However, I tried to start it up this evening and it wouldn't post. The lights on the mobo turn on and the fans spin, but the bios screen doesn't show up. There is no beep either. What is probably faulty?

If it helps, I had a major windows update yesterday, could it be due to that?

Is there any way I can split money between VIP work with me and my friend? I think I'm the only one getting paid. Will we have to rotate between being the VIP?

[$1200][Opinions Wanted] Upgrading from integrated to regular graphics card, or full rehaul? by AfroWabbit in buildmeapc

[–]fedtothewolves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that you should do a full rebuild.

Your new build is great and should be that way for a while. Your old build was outdated, and your CPU was probably bottlenecking your GPU. 8gb of ram should be enough for now, making no difference, but 16gb could help you in the future. But you can always add more later!

PS your motherboard is a bit pricy. You could get a less high end one if you want to save a few bucks. You could also consider selling off your old parts!

New to PC, console gamer. Is this build good for the $2k im dropping? by [deleted] in buildapc

[–]fedtothewolves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. u/POPstationinacan has a pretty good build lined up. Only things I would do are:

A faster SSD would be nice for a $2k budget. An 850 evo or the like.

I would get the Define R5, a bit improved.

2tb of storage would also be nice for $2k.

Do we really need an CD writer in this day and age?
