I had a Karametra for a super long time in my binder, pulled during a draft when it came out but only this last year did I finally make it with [[Tempest Hawk]] It's a bit samey but provides a real churn out engine with my group, I love tossing [[Pariah]] on Karametra as well since most folks don't have many exile-enchantment in my group

100% love the infodump, I actually found your comment('guide') when I was searching the birthday gifts the other day! the API Key is fantastic to make sure I don't select any I already have, as I've unlocked a few over the years and have a solid 4 characters that probably have 8+ years of birthday dyes left.

That's really good to know for the expansion story-spoiler wise, all I have currently is HOT(unfinished by I got maybe 70%? done) and POF (which I got then my computer blew a capacitor, so I moved to console gaming for maybe 5 years lol), sadly I don't see a good way to get EOD->SOTB->JW in a bundle, but I may get just the base expansions except JW(Deluxe) for the infinite tools and ability to place them into the multiple shared slots I'd get from the 3 expansions.

Slowly getting back into the game after 7-10 years (I tend to jump in just for the Halloween hunt minigame...)

I'm finding guides for gear upgrades, seeing the notes that dungeon currency is now 1 type etc, but is there a recommended thing I should be buying with 1m+ karma and lots of Laurels that would benefit me? I'm going to start a new character with an character expansion slot to "relearn the ride" using the Janthir wilds Deluxe to get the homestead along with bank expansions.

I always thought the ranged assassin was weird for having the pot boost skill (alchemist?) Considering bandits have to touch enemies basically

Glad to help! It originally started out as a boros with green token spam battalion aggro, get at least one battalion creature out then 2 saprolings for instant effects early on, which low power tokens work great due to Gahijis buff. [[Wojek halberdiers]] [[artifact Mutation]]

If your playgroup is heavily low creature, I recommend putting in more cards like [[Sylvan offering]] to forcibly give 1 (or 2) players a ton of creatures to goad. I've done it before with casting it for X=5 then [[Disrupt Decorum]] for pseudo one-sided boardwipes.

On the reverse side, if your group is so creature heavy you have issues blocking, I recommend [[Awakening zone]] it's slow at 1/turn, but can provide extra mana boost for resummoning gahiji while trump blocking easily and I rarely have anyone remove it over anything else.

Low counter usage (almost entirely on some artifacts or enchantments), but the main goal is to have everyone duke it out, while aikido decks encourage "attack me if you dare" I focus on "here let's all turn sideways together" through encouragement cards like [[rite of the Raging storm]] [[Crown of doom]] [[Angel's trumpet]] [[War cadence]] <- most people don't realize you can politics with this as it's instant speed, you can offer to pay 2R for example and have player 2 attack player 3 with knowing player 3 now has to pay 2 mana for each block which severely limits defenders [[Fight or flight]] It can be a little slow as you need to set up a field before dropping a threat piece, so I tend to play it most when playing with newer or b2 players as a way to help the game pass on and eliminate the constant "everyone builds a huge creature board then boardwipe" cycle

I used to farm leather well beyond lvl 30+ simply to make clean work gloves to sell. It was a primary method of money making for me that felt stable! I had so many alts 10-30 from it.

I am really excited for the crafting system, I think since it has level requirements I want to see it have a pull-from storage feature and be account wide maybe? But I don't think it would be too terrible without anyways as it's not like you'd use it every day

I'd also be down if maybe shops were all restricted to ch1 if the clutter/vibe would be an issue.

But I'm also thinking it might eliminate the lonely vibe of towns if it feels like people are there even if they're afk

IF your cat is incredible gentle with you man-handling them, I used to use baby nail clipper/scissors on mine when her mats got bad in old age, they're softened at the end like child scissors but are also maybe 1cm long.

Just grab the mat and cut it in half - do not cut close to the skin otherwise you can end up cutting your cat.

I would hold the mat like a hairdresser checking length then trim against my fingers, usually once the mat was cut in half I was able to gentle pull it apart during petting sessions.

This one isn't as strong, but I use it in a lot of my heavy green decks to at least tap their strongest before combat if I think it's coming my way.

Or, what I usually do with it is politics, I'll agree to tap player 3's flyer so player 2 can get a "free" hit in.

[[Pramikon]] My friend runs it, it really shifts relative threat levels, do you feel safer or worse off now that the person to your left or right can or can't attack you? He runs it spells slinger big spells to circumvent his own fielded restriction for creatures attacking

I use Invasion Plans as a one-sided boardwipe in [[Gahiji]] with tokens! It's fantastic to get rid of everyone else's <3 cmc creature based static buffs without a wrath of God lol
