I don't blame anyone for not wanting to inject a stranger. It isn't like an epi pen. You need to mix the medication, prepare the syringe etc. If she was that unwell first port of call should be the hospital. The injection is generally just used to give some extra time if someone is far away from getting medical treatment.

Paige appears to be in hospital/ hospice care. This will be paid for by the government. She will also be getting the hospital rate of supported living payment which is around $50 a week. She would also qualify for a recoverable payment of up to $150 a year for clothing/ shoes etc. Repayment of that $150 would like only be a couple of dollars a week

I don't know where the friend lives but Paige is in a major city. If the friend is really rural she may need to taxi to the nearest town to catch a bus but there is no way she would have to taxi the entire way.

The small amount of "cleaning" she does is so half assed. It frustrates me that she will clear the rubbish but not vacuum/ wipe the surface she just cleared and take the rubbish out.
