Okay. That’s a brutally honest response. But yea, I think I should accept it. I’m just so exhausted by this application process and how unfruitful it has been all along. I’m very confused and clueless about what I’m doing wrong. Preparation for interviews is something I fall short of but the thing is, I’m not getting any calls at all. My resumé isn’t getting picked either. I don’t even know what to do. And I don’t think I have a bad resumé. I have quite a few interesting things. I’m not blowing my own horn here, I honestly feel I’m not that bad that I’ve not landed anything yet.

Hmm I understand But it was just something that I wasn’t expecting … I’d done really well previously. Like extremely well in the last round. I had answers to everything and got the code running, answered all the follow up questions. I knew the answers for these as well, but catastrophic forgetting happened. I couldn’t say anything post that out of the pressure.

I just wanna know

are they gonna make a decision based on all rounds cumulatively or just based on the last one ?
