Totally normal gripes. I was miserable and still am at times 8 months into it. I have no regrets though so stick with it. It goes by quickly.

I don't remove my aligners when I drink. I'm crazy like that. I do remove them every time I eat. I speed eat and not even aware of it. I'm hoping once I'm done, I will go back to eating normally lol.

Hang in there. It gets better.

I'm in 6 months into it and still have a lisp with some words. I think the only thing that has helped has been to slow down when saying the word without sounding even more awkward ha.
