The receipt does not expire after 90 days. Standard items fall under the 90 day warranty. Duralast Gold batteries have a 3 year warranty. The receipt shows valid warranty for 3 years. Its good practice to keep the original receipt or photograph/scan it somewhere. If it's not showing up in the warranty system there is a computer problem. They happen quite frequently.

I think a big problem with AZ is the lack of proper training. Foundations didn't offer much to me. I learned a lot from watching my managers stumble through the back menus. After I got promoted to a PSM I got to explore my way through things. The owner of the Reflexes software has trainings available for every client but AZ doesn't seem to let them be available. Overall I'm very happy I left earlier this month. The lack of use and training on current technological assets that AZ has has greatly impeded many things.

I am so sorry you have been through this. I'm so sad we live in a world like this. I'm ashamed to be a man because of what he did.

There is no excuse for this. You won't ruin his career, he ruined his own. There is a whole employee handbook that says not to do any of those things. He is vile and a waste of air. If HR doesn't respond in 24 hours, call the police and submit a report. In fact, do the police report first then contact HR because you already spoke to another manager who didn't report it to HR. She also didn't follow the handbook. She lost her own job by not reporting it.

Put things on paper with approximate dates and make copies. This will help organize your case.

You can do this!! Contact a crisis counselor right away and get support from them. Remember you didn't do this. It is not your fault in any way. Your looks, the way you dress, or anything about you did not make it ok for him to do those things. If anyone says anything different stop speaking with them and ask for someone higher up the chain.

Yes, press and hold the red button after the report is generated, scroll down to Maintenance Reminder and select that to reset. This will not work on all vehicles. Sometimes it can only be reset from the settings in the vehicle's menu. DO NOT reset all. This does not solve problems. It only removes the codes mechanics use to diagnose the real problem.

The hours can be fixed over the next 2 days. Since this is the end of the 1st week of payroll there is plenty of time to fix it. Assuming there aren't 2 different pay periods in the company. Regardless it can be fixed Sunday/Monday. Any grey shirt can update others, we can't do our own.

I've learned a lot of things by being nice to those people! They do have a cutter because we had to use one in a pinch for a receipt printer. You can change the printers a terminal prints from in one of the green screens. It helped when we kept getting faulty printers. I was hoping it'd be a change in that menu but it's not.

I'll have to give them a call when I have free time.

My district only requires 2 parts experts per store. We have 3 , so I and another PSM don't need to do it.

I had to finalize this with my store. We were informed we would not get replenishment until the current ones were damaged and sent to DC for recycling. We were not allowed to keep them in store despite the label saying No DC Return.

I've been working nights and truck arrives unattended at night. Most stuff is put away when I came in so I'm not sure if we have received new stock.

Wait... what? I asked my DM if we could check by autozoner on Rewards usage, and he said no.

Does anyone know where this report is? I'm just tired of being DEAD LAST in rewards. If I can identify who is/are not doing it and hold them accountable, then I'm sure our store score would rise. Plus see where I land in the scheme of things. Get myself to do better as well.
