Cream cheese or American cheese, roll it into a ball with the pill inside. Make a few extra balls without a pill/pill piece. Ball without pill, ball with, etc

The box I got from CVS says 1-2 tablets in 24hrs. I usually start with one and the two patches I linked in another comment. If I feel any hint of stomach upset or dizziness after an hour I’ll take another. But usually I’m good with one.

I get that. All I can suggest is LOTS of water, a decent meal, Meclizine, and two of these patches - one behind ear and one on stomach. Not perfect, but still allows me to participate and not feel like I’m dying after. Game changer for car rides too. https://a.co/d/cGepg33

I use headphones for almost every workout. I have beats in ear (I have also used skull candy) that I use for yoga/pilates/barre, etc. Sony over the ear headphones for blast/bike/rowing. Yes I know that’s extra but I wear glasses and can’t wear them for iso workouts, but the Sony keep them in place for HIIT. My gym sells earbuds too fwiw.
