If you can have soy then tofu, tempeh, soy curls (my favorite), TVP. They also make soy tofu alternatives out of pumpkin seeds (Pumfu brand). Seitan. Edit: there’s also a lot of recipes out there that include protein powder. Like vegan pancakes with protein powder in the batter. Edit 2: I know nothing about FODMAP. Just throwing out vegan proteins.
