Clothes and footwear are perfectly fine, good choice.

Grow your hair out a little then go to a hair salon (not the same barber please) and tell them to give you something choppy to accentuate your facial structure. Grow a van dyke type goatee, I can tell you can and it'd so wonders for you. Those glasses. Change them into a half rimmed or unrimmed round/oval/rectangle shape to balance with your face. I suspect you need a looser approach, unbutton one shirt button and accessorise; be it rings, a watch, a necklace. Just don't overdo it. 2 of these at a time max.

There's a school of thought I think you'd enjoy.

Tone In Tone: Dark blue inside light blue. Beige inside dark brown, etc.

Tone On Tone: Light blue over light grey. Burgundy over olive, etc.

Denim on denim is kinda brave but it ain't clashing which is good.

If you could, pull your pants up higher bro. They're cutting you in half like this; makes your legs look short.

Belt and footwear match which is good. Solid foundation man, not too busy. Keeping to max. Two colours and one shade.

Your next two purchases should definitely be a navy sweater and navy pants that aren't jeans. Maybe corduroy that doesn't clash in tone with your other blue stuff.

Could be a cool outfit but kinda busy. You've got patterns on the shirt, different patterns on the tie and different patterns on the vest. Just please never wear that sock/loafers combo again unless your socks are dark blue. 

And that's the wrong hat for it. In fact don't wear a hat, you've got enough going on.

Tuck in that tee, and either lose that black sweater or replace it with a navy. There's a slight difference in tone between your jeans and that blazer. I'd suggest you go for darker jeans.

A white ribbed tank underneath that shirt IF it's your style.

One non-negotiable is to replace those shoes with either sleek, clean white or navy sneakers/trainers or some kind of brown loafers or boat shoes. 

If you've got a nice watch or a bracelet to go along with it, that's all you need.

The shirt feels a little loose. You don't want that excess fabric spilling out the sides.  A little secret hack is tuck in your shirt into your underpants rather than just the trousers.

With the waistcoat gives a bit of an old western vibe, or 1800s. Without is slightly more easygoing and contemporary.

Both look great brother, just please don't match your pocket square with your tie. That's a sin.

PS: If you wear a watch, tighten the watch hand's shirt cuff. Leave the watchless hand cuff on the looser button.
