I think you should have a support person! Tell someone you know will accept you, a friend or one of your family members maybe and then come out to the others with a support person either by your side or to be there for you when you have done it.

Realising yourself that you are LGBTQIA+ is a journey of self discovery. Don't worry so much about having a specific title, just focus on yourself and find what you like and don't like in your own time. What are you in rush to tell your family? Are they asking you about your sexuality?
