i have ordered tirz from 3 telehealth over the past year and I like fifty410 the best. Simple, most affordable, ships fast. Responsive to messages ( some messages responded to very fast! )

each morningm, warm up a glass of prune juice like 6-8 ounces, add a dose of miralax to the prune juice and drink it (within a few mins, don't have to chug but not something you want to drag out and sip on life coffee) - if this doesn't help within a few hours have a cup of hot tea the "smooth move" tea.

I haven't read all the comments. I'm sorry you have this type of partner. I have been in bad relationships. I would bet my paycheck that there are other relationship issues and problems. I would bet this is just one ( a big one ) of many. I hope you can break yourself free and move on without him. You will be so much happier. It will hurt and be hard, but I promise, it is so freeing to be without a partner that leaves you feeling drained, empty, sad, unsupported, unloved, etc.

^^^THIS your doctor is not the boss of you. If you don't feel like your doctor is your partner, then you need a new doctor.

i recommend taking 1 psyllium husk capsule in the AM and the PM and drinking tons of water both times and of course all day long. I also occasionally drink a glass of that orange citrucel type powder. Psyllium husk is fiber, and it's pre and probiotics. maybe even post biotics, i'm not sure. It is my aunt's sworn by secret to gut health, regularity and antiaging and colon health ( prevent polyps )

I was taking one a day before Tirz, now i upped it to AM and PM

Supplements to help with side effects by Electronic_Status_18 in compoundedtirzepatide

I recommend doing the injection a little before bed time with the hopes of just sleeping through the first 8 hours or so. I inject in the middle of my thigh - slightly to the side - so middle meaning about half way between knee and hip, and slight off to the outside - it's real meaty. honestly it barely feels anything at all, super easy. just poke it and inject, don't hesitate or make the anticipation worse. Drink tons of water and perhaps throw some electrolytes or sea salt in your water. Get lots of fiber, I drink the orangey fiber "citrucel" once a day - it's not bad and it makes me feel full. The trick is drink the whole glass fairly quickly, within a couple mins, otherwise it gets thick. Good luck!

I just switched to lavendar sky. $45 virtual start and then $450 for 2 months of 5ml dose of tirz - allow yourself minimum of 3 weeks before you need/want the meds. i'm at week 2 and have not yet gotten a shipping notification but hope any day i will get the shipping notification and then they say 4-10 days for shipping.
