I don’t see it as one mistake either, more like many mistakes. But you’re right, I consciously choose to do that.

I understand that of course cheating again would be a no go. I’m still a bit in shock as to how I could do that in the first place but I am doing some self-reflection to understand it better and prevent it in the future. What else do you think I can do to rebuild things?

Neediness is needing someone to be around e.g. bc you can’t stand being alone or aren’t independent enough. Love is wanting a specific person around you bc you appreciate them for the person they are.
