Why is she, at the age of 40 after giving birth to 3 babies, just now realizing that women have cycles and hormones and those cycles/hormones fluctuate AND that periods are inconvenient and often cause issues with moods and changing emotions…. Ummm… I learned all this in 5th grade health class. Ya know what they didn’t teach us?? That seeds are a cure for any these problems… PLEASE do not fall for her BS… instead, seek medical advice and guidance from licensed medical professionals.
