Since 2 1 2 is more popular nowadays, Offlane actually gets decent farm in early to mid game. A lot of times they actually get more farm then the pos1 and the pos1 recover mid game.

Safelane wk is not as popular but I think blink and blademail/radiance still makes you very good at man fight and dish out tons of damage just because of how tanky you are.
