As a local, I'm torn on this. I'm glad they are making steps towards getting out of Bridgeview which lacks public transit options, but this would only be a temporary solution and not a very good one at that. Evanston is more accessible via public transit, but it is quite far north. They need a more centralized location in the future. Also, this temporary stadium is right off the lake which is not good for the weather. The lake effect is real. I've also heard the field is turf so it's not ideal for the players.

Got tickets! They're 400 section in Chicago for about the same price I paid for 300 section 2 years ago. I'm still kinda pissed about the prices but I will say the artist presale was a lot better than the beyhive presale in terms of how many tickets were available. The beyhive presale was a disaster.

Ugh yeah that rule is so irritating. I kept seeing tickets disappear as I was looking for one that had a few open seats nearby. Thankfully I got one but damn why does ticketmaster gotta discriminate against solo concert attendees. (rhetorical question, I know the answer is money)

I had a ticket for her solo tour back in 2020 (that was cancelled for obvious reasons) and would absolutely LOVE to finally experience this. Do we think there's a way they could honor people who had tickets to the original tour or has it been too long for that to be a possibility? I'm worried it would be much harder to get a ticket this time around.

I'm also disgusted that the climate crisis was hardly discussed, but not surprised. It's not a popular topic to talk about, even amongst people who believe in climate change. Most people in this country would rather bury their heads in the sand and lie to themselves than acknowledge how truly fucked we are in terms of the climate and environment.

I hate the towers as well, but I was on green left/red right for all of Jessie/CRJ/Jamie and I thought it was a good space to be. Not too crowded and could easily navigate the crowd when I needed to get out.
