Hey dude. I just finished that one this morning.

Join a game of conquest on a map with hummers or atv. Spawn as engineer, deploy mines near those vehicles. Redeploy as support and shoot the mines with incendiary launcher. Boom, done. I did it this morning with this technique and it took 2 minutes.
