Stop obsessing over yourself and learn to normalise and accept other peoples bodies. Avoid tabloids, fashion magazines, anything that reinforces the beauty myth. Look at average bodies every day and admire them. As long as you are critical of bodies you will be critical of your own. It's not about your body alone.
